401 Park.

401 Park is a one million square-foot warehouse in Boston's Fenway neighbourhood. Built in 1928 as a Sears, Roebuck and Company distribution center, it was the "Amazon" of its day. Their mail-order catalog sold anything from toiletries to live chicks or even an entire house. After its $200m refurbishment, the building is becoming one of Boston's key attractions featuring the world-renowned Time Out Market, a new community park, as well as a host of other retailers. 401 Park is a symbol of the signature grit and innovative pace of the neighbourhood, now reimagined for the city's pioneers, go-getters and self-starters.
