ZA Café Littéraire.

ZA aims to bring health and culture to Les Halles, Paris. Serving healthy organic dishes that encourage a sense of well being, ZA allows diners to ‘print on demand’ books from its menu, encouraging all to ‘feed the mind’ as well as body.

The identity plays with two metro-chic characters, each a collage of graphic features snipped from real book jackets. Both are built around the typewritten name ‘ZA’, inverting the beginning and end of our alphabet.

Via a smart app, guests can choose from a range of novels which are printed on demand within ten minutes and delivered, with or without food and drink, by conveyor, right to your seat via iBeacon technology.
